Hotel St-Thomas - Montreal

The comfy room was a winner! Love the nice bathrobes and tasty breakfast vibes. But the balcony view was just air conditioning units-yikes 😅

The breakfast offered a wide array of food and was freshly cooked and scrumptious. I booked a deluxe room with a private safe, an air conditioning and a minibar. The location was particularly good, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a trendy upscale street.

The most important - favourable and stunning location to many interesting sights. Near restaurants, and a variety of restaurants. Huge room with a large bed, good service...

All the staff was accommodating and pleasant, fixed my issues. And it was also near to Old Montreal, the airport, downtown😃🙂

The location was favourable and stunning, adjacent to old Montreal/ port in 20-25mins, metro station and a variety of restaurants and bars and the cooler neighborhoody areas. The breakfast was freshly cooked and scrumptious and all the food was GOOD. The private parking was onsite, great service.

The spacious Premium Quadruple Room featured great breakfast options but had cleanliness issues with stains on the carpet.

St. Thomas offers a cozy and clean atmosphere, with a professional reception that makes check-in smooth. The room amenities, including snacks and chocolates, were a pleasant surprise for a business stay. I appreciated the comfortable mattress and the really good cleanliness throughout the hotel.

Parking was a bit challenging, as it requires finding street parking nearby.

The staff at Hotel StThomas was great. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable room with great amenities, and the breakfast was satisfactory, including pleasant service from the lobby bar staff.

Great room with ample space and comfy bed. Wi-Fi could be better though.

The hospitality of the staff was really good.

The room was not what I expected, lacking a sitting area as advertised, leaving me quite frustrated, especially given the high price. There were stains present on the sofa bed and carpet, made me question the cleanliness standards of the hotel.

This cozy boutique place has a great location near bars, theaters, and the Metro. My stay was super smooth and warm.

close to parks and great dining options for weekend strolls

I loved that the hotel was just a few steps away from Hinnawi Bros Bagel & Cafe and also very close to Mount Royal Park, perfect for morning walks and park views . The staff was helpful and friendly!

The balcony room provided a fine view of downtown and Old Montreal. The breakfast offerings were fantastic, especially the cappuccino. A minor downside was the distance to the gym/spa, requiring a 5-minute walk, but it was well-equipped and complimentary. The lack of an in-house gym could be an inconvenience for those who prefer working out on-site regularly.

great staff , but room could be cleaner

The staff was EXTREMELY helpful, assisting me with directions when my phone failed. The bartender's friendliness made my late-night snack run enjoyable. Staying in the Beautiful Room, I appreciated the modern design and comfort, especially the fine city view from my window.
